Q: Do I need to print out my tickets to present at the start of the tour?
A: Your email receipt is your ticket. Our guides have the name lists of the specific tour. If confirmation is required, the email receipt on your phone will suffice.

Q: Where is the starting location of my tour?
A: You will receive an email with instructions and a starting location on the Wednesday before your tour date. Aside from a starting location we try to keep the rest of the tour itinerary mysterious. If you book on the day of the tour an informational email will be sent that day. Walking tours end within a mile of the starting point. Please try to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start time. Q: If I'm unable to attend the tour/event can my purchase be refunded?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to refund tickets. Just like any other performance, once a seat has been held it is difficult and often impossible for us to resell or fill the space on short notice. If adequate notice is given (more than 24 hours), we may be able to transfer you to another future tour or event. However, this is contingent on notice given, type of tour/event, number in your party and tour availability. We appreciate your understanding as COVID19 and economic uncertainty continues to hurt small businesses.
Q: Are you offering the Booze & Boos bus tours for the 2022 season?
A: Due to COVID19 we are not offering bus tours this season to protect our staff and guests from possible infection. However, we are offering a Booze & Boos walking tour which visit haunted bars.
Q: Can you drink on the tours?
A: You are able to drink on the Booze & Boos walking tours while at the haunted bar stops. Although we cannot stop drinking on the walking tours, anyone who is overly intoxicated, is disruptive or poses a threat to themselves or others will be removed from the tour immediately without a refund.
Q: Do you offer private group tours?
A: Yes! If you do not wish to join a public tour please contact us for details. and availability. Pricing is as follows: $45 per person for groups of 1-4, $40 per person for groups of 5-9 and $35 for groups of 10 or more. These prices are subject to tour type and availability. Q: Will my tour be canceled due to inclement weather?
A: All of our tours or rain or shine. Please wear appropriate clothing for our very changeable central Ohio weather. If any dangerous weather conditions are expected, we shall contact you on the day of your tour with cancellation details.
Q: Do you have tours suitable for guests with mobility issues?
A: The Creepy Columbus downtown walking tour is wheelchair accessible. All the other tours have either rough terrain or stairs.
